Do I need to submit all the nominations myself?

All nominations must be submitted only by the IPCC Focal Point.

However, Focal Point can create a limited number
of proxy accounts which allows the proxy user to login to the system and submit nominations. Nominations submitted by the proxy users will still need to be vetted by the Focal Point. The Focal Point will need to approve (or reject) each potential nomination that is submitted by the proxy user before the deadline.
