How do I undo a feedback, in case of mistake, in case it has already been processed?

If the RE has just provided feedback to an author response, it is possible to "undo" this. In order to rollback the feedback, first identify the comment using one of the search criteria. Then click the undo button for the comment as show below to rollback the status
