How do I find comments to respond to? Which search option should I use? How do I respond to a comment? What happens to the comment after I have responded to it? How can I find comments which the review editors have suggested a revision?

Can I work offline on comments using an excel?

Off-line work using Excel is available from the search options:

  • In-Box
  • Search by Section

After querying the comments using one of the two options, click the "Excel" button to open a dialog box

Then download the comments, using the "Download Excel" button from the dialog box. 

Please make sure not to delete any columns from the exported excel
