How can I add a comment to one or more clusters?

A comment can be added to one or more clusters. To add a comment to clusters, click on the respond button and open the dialog box.
Click on the 2nd tab of the dialog box labeled "Background Info". Existing clusters for the comments are listed there. Comment can be added to additional clusters by selecting the cluster from the drop down and clicking the "+ Cluster" button.
Similarly, authors can also delete existing clusters by clicking the trash icon next to the cluster displayed.
The list of clusters available in the download control is maintained by the CLA and it is applicable to the entire report.
