How to access a chat topic?

Step 1: In the main menu, click on "Tools". Select "Chat" in the dropdown.

Step 2: Indicate the session at which you are participating.

Step 3: Click on the chat topic to proceed. 

Please note: The chat is an unstructured, uni-directional mode of communication. For the virtual meetings, the feature within Zoom is the default mode for chat.
