How do I submit comments?

Comments can be submitted only via the online portal for the report before the deadline using 3 ways:
Offline (Excel)
Experts can download an excel sheet from the portal and fill in the details in the form for to all the comments for the report. Once completed, the excel sheet can be submitted via the same online portal. The excel forms for each report and drafts are different so please make sure to download the right excel sheet for the report draft.
On-line
Registered experts can login to the online portal and submit the comments using the online form.
Interactive
The interactive mode allows users to open the document and submit comments side by side. When using the interactive mode, please make sure to verify that the page and line numbers are accurate before saving the comment.
