When can submit comments on draft IPCC reports?

According to the Procedures for the Preparation, Review, Acceptance, Adoption, Approval and Publication of IPCC Reports, during the First Order Draft (FOD) and Second Order Draft (SOD) reviews, experts can register online and submit comments using the portal before the deadline.

The Final Government Draft (FGD) however is only available to the Focal Points for review.
